3.4 Not Currently Self-Excluded. By registering, you confirm that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from hq777 or any other gaming platform that you are aware of. Attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.

3.5 hq777 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility conditions are not satisfied.

7.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a game or platform malfunction, all wagers and payouts related to the affected session are void. hq777 will refund the relevant stakes to player wallets. This provision applies equally to casino games and sportsbook markets.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hq777 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted:

13.2 Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, hq777 reserves the right to withhold and void any remaining balance. Where termination is due to hq777's operational decision rather than player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

13.3 You may close your hq777 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Before account closure, any active bonus funds will be removed and any verified Real Money Balance will be paid out to your registered payment method. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

16.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
